Technical Performance

The performance of the product described in the following text conforms to that made of the high-quality float glass specified by national standards in GB11614-1999 Float Glass.

Note: (1) The thickness of 3.2 glass should be ≥3MM

          (2) Four-side edges of the glass should be ground by diamond wheel until being beveled. No hole or chamfers are allowed.

Maximum area of glass sheets array:     3~19mm     1600mm×5000mm

Minimum size of glass for processing: 300mm*300mm

Maximum size of individual glass sheet for processing:

                             3mm         800mm×1600mm

                             4mm         900mm×2500mm

                             5mm         1200mm×2500mm

                             6-19mm   1600mm×5000mm

Clearance of glass sheets array: longitudinal ≥50mm; transverse≥20mm

Thickness of glass for processing: 3 - 19 mm

Maximum area of glass for processing: 6.5m*m per tempering cycle

                                                                    6.7m*m per glass sheet
